Fess the Mess
When your life is in a terrible mess and those who know you, want to know you less
They don’t want to hear about selfishness; and all you want is to be blessed
What agonizing pain has you in its test, with no one around to share your stress
It’s time to stop pulling at your tress, and move away from all distress
What you could use is some success, to help you beat this loneliness
Of all your sin you must confess and turn to Him who will give you rest
From your former self you must regress, and clothe yourself in righteousness
Propose a smile as your new dress, because the Groom expects to hear a yes
